Why do I Crave Sugar All the Time?

As quite a good alternative to dieting, review this video by Zoe Sofia. It provides some revealing information why we sometimes have such a hard time with craving sugar. There is some surprising information on why this happens and simple things you can do in choosing what you eat and drink that can really make a difference.
