Many people find themselves addicted to and/or suffering from the ill effects of sugar, which is a known toxin. Sugar, when over consumed, leads to overweight conditions, obesity, Diabetes, risk of heart disease, and even Alzheimer’s disease. It is best to act if you think you can benefit from removing sugar from your diet. If you find your own motivation lacking, examine first why you want to start on a weight loss or sugar detox program. List the health and social reasons you want to lost weight. Weigh the impact of doing nothing. Then answer truthfully whether delay will help you in the end or not. In most cases delay will only make matters worse in stopping your craving for sugar. This is a great video! I would love to show this to my fiancee. She’s a little bit chubby and she’s dying to tone down. She’s into different slimming pills already but I told her to stop taking it. This is a very helpful tip for her. Thanks for sharing.
