I love Chicken Poppers – and that’s what these are, with a catchy name Susie cooked up in the Fluffy Chix low carb kitchen. Maybe she’s still celebrating Memorial Day, I don’t know. But whatever the reason, take advantage of this enticing recipe. In Texas, these are made at home as I have done, or purchased at popular barbecue restaurants. Either way they are A-OK.
