Study: Kids Will Eat More Veggies If They Drink Water Instead of Soda | Atlantic

New research on food-beverage pairings highlights yet another reason parents should encourage their kids to choose water over soda.

This makes a lot of sense.  Have your kids drink water instead of drinks and they’ll do better at eating their vegetables.  On top of that they won’t have to deal with the ton of problems that are heading their way if they get hooked on sweetened drinks.   How many of us are hooked on sweetened or artificially sweetened sodas or drinks now!  It’d be a gift really – to keep your kids on water.  Anyway take a look at this study…
