We’re finally back in the swing of things. Back to the regular programming. It’s good to shake things up now and then, but there’s really nothing quite like getting back into your normal groove. This article by Mark Sisson is a good one to reference if you are, like me, a fan of almonds as a most common snack.  Most of us on low carb diets feel the same.  My wife and I keep them in the house always -and we are quite deprived if we don’t have them.  There are some pros and cons you should be aware of, in what type of almond you eat.
