More than most writers on this topic, he has painstakingly drawn out the nutritional studies and history of this topic. – from the days in prior centuries and the early 1920′s, when low carb metabolism was accepted, to the 1980′s when the low fat approach took over, to now, when it has finally come full circle and the low carb high fat diet is finally back in it’s place as the most effective and healthy way to eat.
