After a couple of decades of being considered not so good for you, eggs have definitely made a healthy comeback. If you skip the scrambled eggs breakfast because you're worried about the fat or cholesterol affecting your heart health, here are some reasons you shouldn't avoid eating whole eggs.


This article comes from a clearly low fat diet perspective but the message is still a valuable one for low carb and paleo dieters.  Eggs are an extremely valuable food choice.  My son and his wife, even though they are Vegans, raise their own chickens so they can count on having healthy free-range eggs every day to supplement their diet.  They even supplement the chicken feed they use with flax seed to give their eggs an extra push.
