Low Carb Recipes – Peanut Butter Fudge

When you hear the words ‘Low Carb’, I’m sure you think of bland tasting foods and drinks, but you’d be surprised at how easily some foods can be both delicious and healthy at the same time.  This is a video on making Peanut Butter Fudge that will keep you off the sugar.  Even though it’s Low Carb, it tastes so similar to regular Peanut Butter Fudge that you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference!  With a Low-Carb Recipe like this, you’ll be able to make great tasting desserts or snacks for your parties and events without having to worry about how many carbs you’re taking in.   This is one of the easier Low-Carb Recipes, which you can whip up in a matter of minutes.

The ingredients are pretty straight-forward, although you can change up the ingredients to match your tastes and needs.  The ingredients themselves are common grocery items, such as cream cheese, peanut butter, Splenda, and butter.  You may have to go out and purchase your own protein powder however.   Finally, each piece holds about 96 calories, and contains about 2 carbs.  This recipe makes 20 pieces in an 8 x 8 baking pan.  Happy Baking!
